Refund policy
We offer store credit / exchange within 14 days of delivery. We hand make every piece from uncommon fabrics, and as a small small team in Northern California we hope you’ll understand.
We’re always releasing new designs which makes store credit a great option. We also move making / cutting / sewing / shipping any order that is paid for with store credit to the very beginning of our day in the studio. Your store credit balance never expires or decreases.
To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards..
