Orders are usually made and shipped within a few days.
Because each piece is handmade, timing may vary slightly depending on the item and order volume. If express shipping is selected at checkout, we will prioritize preparing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Express Shipping
If express shipping is selected, your order will be prioritized for faster preparation and shipping. Please note that express shipping speeds up the delivery method, but handmade items may still require a short amount of time to be made and packed.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need help locating your shipment, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed.
